Sand & Sea Studios may be ideal for those looking for tranquility and accommodation ON THE SEA. The studios are in an excellent location due to the direct access to the beach of Klimataria Sykias through an unfenced courtyard.

There are four studios in the same building, located on the ground floor, two of which have a direct Sea View, while the other two have a Garden View.

All units offer

A double bed and bunk beds (two single beds).
The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners, a kettle, and necessary utensils.
Air-Conditioned, free Wi-Fi.
The bathroom has a shower (only tiles).
Towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Each terrace has its own seating set, separated by a lower partition wall.
The accommodation complex has a private parking area. Guests also have access to a barbecue.
