All above-mentioned rates are per room per night, based on Bed & buffet breakfast inclusive of service charge and
taxes, commissionable at 10 % to Travel Agents except the peak seasons..

* Supplement 15 % per room per night on below Peak seasons :
● Christmas & New year from (24th December till 02nd January)
● Mid-Year Vacation from ( 25th January till 9th February )

Supplements for meals and New year :

- 50 $ per person for Christmas Eve dinner.
- Compulsory New Year’s Eve for the Gala dinner & theme night 100 $ per person

Cancelation Policy:
-Less than 30 days cancellation, the full stay will be charged based on the same meal plan of the reservation.
-A Cancellation fee (the 01st night stay will be charged based on the same meal plan of the reservation) in the peak
seasons will be charged one Month before check in
* The Hotel has the right to stopsale in the Emergencies and when it is mutually required.

Children policy:
- (0-5) Years are free.
- Max 2 Child sharing parents room.

Hotel General information :
● As per Egyptian tourism authority All guests must provide photo identification card or passport upon
Check-In, and proof of marriage (for Egyptian couples) sharing the same room.
● Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 11:00 AM at the Main Restaurant .
● Meals are served Fresh , we are accepting reservations and before 45 Minute from your meal time we
start cooking.
● We keep our guests relaxed during the stay No TV ,No phones and Housekeeping per request
● The Reception opens 6:00 AM to 00:00 please arrange your needs. During working hours.
